If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be available. If the order has already been dispatched, no refund is available.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately for a refund/replacement.
We only use reliable couriers with a large Australia wide network to ship our products. However, we can not guarantee delivery as delays beyond our control may occur. See shipping details for pricing.
Platinum Hampers operates with a limited liquor license.
It is an offence to sell liquor to persons under 18 years of age.
We use the security of Strata Pay to process all credit card transactions and details are destroyed after use.
We also accept direct debit or company cheque.
All prices include GST.
Hampers and gifts will only be dispatched when full payment has been received.
If a product listed is unavailable at the time of order, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal or greater value. If this is not possible, you will be contacted to discuss alternatives.
